ከአምዴክ ግሩፕ ጋር በመተባበር ማሪዮት ኢንተርናሽናል ፣ ኢንክ በኬፕታውን ሦስት አዳዲስ የሆቴል ንብረቶችን ለመገንባት ዛሬ ዕቅዱን አስታውቋል ፡፡
እነዚህ በከተማዋ ውስጥ ሶስት አዳዲስ ሆቴሎች ይሆናሉ-አንደኛው በኩባንያው ፊርማ ስም ማርዮት ሆቴሎች ሲሆን በኬፕታውን የመጀመሪያው የማሪዮት ሆቴል ይሆናል ፡፡ ሁለተኛው በተራዘመ የመቆያ ስም ስም ፣ Residence Inn በ ማርዮት የመጀመሪያው ለደቡብ አፍሪካ; እና ሦስተኛው የከፍተኛ መካከለኛ ደረጃ የአኗኗር ዘይቤ ፣ ኤሲ ሆቴሎች በማርዮት ፣ በዚህ ምርት ስር ለመካከለኛው ምስራቅ እና አፍሪካ (ሜአ) ክልል የመጀመሪያው ሆቴል ነው ፡፡
እነዚህ ሶስት የታቀዱ እድገቶች በኬፕታውን የሆቴል ማረፊያ አቅርቦት ላይ ከ 500 በላይ ክፍሎችን ይጨምራሉ ፡፡ 189 ተጨማሪ ክፍሎችን ወደ ኬፕታውን በማምጣት ኤሲ ሆቴል ኬፕታውን የውሃ ዳርቻ የሚገኘው በኬፕ ታውን የውሃ ዳርቻ በር ላይ በሚገኘው የሮግባባይ አውራጃ በያችት ክበብ ሲሆን ፣ በአሁኑ ጊዜ በርካታ ዋና ዋና ስፍራዎች ባሉበት Harbor Arch (የአሁኑ Culemborg node) ይገኛል ፡፡ የግንባታ ፕሮጀክቶች ባለ 200 ክፍል ኬፕታውን ማሪዮት ሆቴል ፎርሾር እና በማሪዮት ኬፕ ታውን ፎርስሾር ባለ 150 ክፍል መኖሪያ መኖሪያ ስፍራዎች ይሆናሉ ፡፡
ይህ ማስታወቂያ በደቡብ አፍሪካ ውስጥ የመጀመሪያዎቹ ሁለት የማሪዮት ስም ያላቸው ሆቴሎች መገንባቱን በማስታወቅ በ 2015 የተጀመረው የማሪዮት ከአምዴክ ግሩፕ ጋር ያለው ነባር አጋርነት ማራዘሚያ ነው ፡፡ እነዚህ ሁለት ንብረቶች በጆሃንስበርግ በሚገኘው በታዋቂው ታዋቂ የገበያ ማእከል መልሮሴስ ቅስት ግቢ ውስጥ በ 2018 እንዲከፈቱ የታቀዱ ሲሆን የጆሃንስበርግ ማሪዮት ሆቴል ሜልሮዝ አርክ እና የማሪዮት ሥራ አስፈፃሚ አፓርትመንቶች ጆሃንስበርግ መልሮስ አርክ ናቸው ፡፡
በእነዚህ የኬፕታውን እና የጆሃንስበርግ ልማት የአምዴክ አጠቃላይ ኢንቬስትሜንት በሁለቱ ከተሞች መካከል አዎንታዊ ኢኮኖሚያዊ ክፍተቶች እና በስራ እድል ፈጠራ ላይ ከፍተኛ ተጽዕኖ የሚያሳድረው ከ R3 ቢሊዮን በላይ ነው ፡፡
